We are constantly working to resolve our problems while also addressing yours. There will always be challenges, but finding the right company that wants to solve those with you changes the perspective. At AA Electric, we take action. We want to serve you in those ways to make your company better, so we can build together. A promise we can make is to solve that issue together by intentionally looking at data to make refined decisions and provide solutions. We are who we are because you are a part of it. There will always be issues within any industry; however, with one assured step forward, we will find the answers to what may seem like a dead end.
Customer service is more than just providing answers to issues. Customer service is taking what you say, going to our team, thinking outside the box, and finding a solution together. Being built on a family foundation was intentional from the perspective of wanting to elevate one another through challenges. We, as a family, build each other internally, but also want to build you along the way, because you are our family too. We have been building this foundation of a family since 1962, and for sixty more years, we will continue to do so.
Our Georgia Branch Manager and Sr. Applications Engineer, Wayne, feels passionately about relationship building and displays those characteristics inside our walls.
