RETURNS
Prior authorization in the form of an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number must be obtained to return any catalog item. Requests for return must reference the customer purchase order number and our invoice number. All returns must be sent labeled with an RMA number visible on the outside of the package or they will be refused. Material returned must be sent freight prepaid and may be subject to a restocking charge. Special non-catalog products are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

SHORTAGES or DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
