To meet this market need, EPC is pleased to announce the availability of a new Corrosion Resistant option for the Model 25T/H. Combined with the food-grade chemically inert composite housing, and IP66 seal, the Corrosion Resistant option makes the Model 25T/H a durable feedback solution for demanding applications in corrosive environments. 802S We've taken our workhorse Size 20 shaft encoder and wrapped in an all-stainless steel housing. We've made it versatile, with Servo and Flange mounts in both 2.0" and 2.5" sizes. Also, it's equipped with our advanced Opto-ASIC circuitry and our usual wide array of shaft sizes, disc resolutions and output types. Finally, double-shielded 80lb bearings ensure this encoder will be on duty for the long-haul.

858S Oh, your customer uses European food/beverage equipment? Not to worry, we've got you covered. The 858S has all the capabilities of the 802S above, however, it's packaged in the European 58mm diameter housing. Choose from Clamping Flange or Synchro Flange mounts and Euro standard 6mm and 10mm shafts.

865T How about a dual C-face encoder to sandwich between motor and gearhead? Yes, we can do that, too with the 865T. It's basically a stainless version of our 771 thru-bore, and features a gasket kit that provides effective sealing. For end-mount C-Face applications, add the optional "H2" cover kit. Integral bearings, thru-bore mounting, advanced Opto-ASIC sensor technology and resolution up to 4096CPR deliver accurate, reliable service.

DR738 Encoders sporting the REO444 flange (Euro version of the 5PY Tach mount) have been widely applied in equipment with European origins. EPC now offers a replacement for these expensive and hard to find encoders! It features a 115mm flange with 6 bolt holes, 100mm pilot and 11mm or 12mm shafts. We've improved on the original by offering a wide range of features common to EPC shaft encoders.

DR735 Designed as a drop-in replacement for the Heidenhain ROD320 encoder, the DR735 meets or exceeds original equipment specifications. Used exclusively with the Siemens 1FT Series Simodrive motors for feedback control, this tapered shaft style encoder is costly and hard to find and often found on European made equipment.

DR686 Similar in concept to the DR735, this unit replaces Siemens XP8001 encoders commonly applied to Siemens motors. We've incorporated the same threaded shaft-- with an improved removable design for easier installation and removal.
